The story of Wonderpath

It all started in 2016, in Barcelona when we met first as flatmates. As business students, we frequently talked about our challenges and what were enablers of our professional development. Having lived, and worked in 6 countries, across different industries and in companies sizes ranging between 100 to 3000 we discovered that there wasn't one fool-proof way of thinking about professional development. But there was a common theme: feedback.

Feedback is not built for the modern workplace. It has turned into a time-consuming pointless activity with unclear next steps and unset goals.

Wonderpath is a next-generation platform designed to make feedback at work continuous, actionable, and human. This is based on our belief that feedback is a core element of the employee experience and the driver for truly collaborative and high-performing teams.

Wonderpath changes feedback at its core by having the employees be the owners of their growth data and join in different workspaces. We are building for the future of work where people don’t have one career, but take on multiple roles and have side gigs.

In 5 years from now, we envision completely reinventing how feedback and up-skilling happen in the professional journey.

Having lived, and worked in 6 countries, across different industries and in companies sizes ranging between 100 to 3000 we discovered that there wasn't one fool-proof way of thinking about professional development. But there was a common theme: feedback.

We believe in the importance of notes

We realized that the official feedback process in companies has turned into a time-consuming pointless activity with unclear next steps and unset goals. As employees, infrequent feedback at work makes us nervous, suspicious, and ultimately unproductive. And companies with a broken feedback process suffer from higher turnover, lower productivity, and lower profitability.
